You can join our coaching group for $27/month or $291/year. That breaks down to just $0.90 a day or $0.79 a day. You'll have access to all our training programs & health content for less than a dollar a day!
YES! For less than a dollar a day you'll receive all of the tools, knowledge, resources, & support that you'll need to be successful in your health & fitness journey! Whether your goal is to lose weight, get strong, or just improve your overall health... we've got you covered!
If you haven't had success with other apps or coaching groups in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But I'm here to tell you, I guarantee you'll get the results you want with us. Why? We don't just give you one-off programs on a PDF document and zero instruction or help. We add new programs (with interactive videos explaining each exercise) on a regular basis. Our content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! Plus if you need help, we're always here for you! That’s why we give you the ability to message your coach directly with any and all questions, feedback, or if you simply want to share your success’s with us!
Our workouts and programs work with any level of fitness experience. We walk you through every exercise with easy-to-follow instructional videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all of our workouts with ease, safety, & confidence.
It depends on the workout/program! We have a lot of programs and exercises that require no, or minimal equipment.
Our home workouts/programs do require dumbbells 5-50 pounds, various resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.
A gym membership is not required with our app. A lot of our workouts can be done at home, outside, or while traveling!
